I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were some of the kindest people I have ever met. They were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and accommodating throughout my entire visit. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but the hotel facilities were also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were delicious and had plenty of variety to choose from. And the location was just perfect--close enough to explore all the attractions of the area, yet nestled away in a peaceful and tranquil environment.
Didn’t dislike anything about the hotel.

We spent Christmas at this stunning hotel and loved the warm welcome we received from the hosts. the gardens were absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed our time lounging by the pool. the breakfast and dinner were delicious and filling, and we appreciated the recommendations on nearby restaurants. the hotel's location was ideal for us, allowing us to explore various attractions in the area. One highlight was visiting the nearby historical site, , a must, see if you stay in this area.
Our room was a bit small, and the bed was slightly uncomfortable. there wasn't much to do in the immediate area, so we had to rely on transportation to experience many activities.

We spent Christmas at this cozy little hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough, and the staff always had a smile on their faces in a very family-like environment. The breakfast was quite good, with toast, cereal, and a small selection of fresh fruit available. The hotel is well-situated for exploring the surrounding area, and we enjoyed a day trip to a nearby cenote and a night out in the city. Bonus point for the beautiful Christmas decorations!
the pool was not heated, making it too cold to use even in the hot weather. there were no amenities in the rooms other than a small toiletry set, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker or mini fridge.
